Terms of service

Opsight ingests exports from the systems your business already runs, maps them into one model, answers questions about that data and runs scheduled AI agents that record insights and create tasks. Features change as the product improves; we will not remove a feature you rely on without notice in the product.

• You are responsible for who you invite and what role you give them.
• Keep your password and second factor to yourself. Tell us at security@forecight.com if an account is compromised.
• Passwords must be at least 12 characters. Owners and admins should turn on two step verification.

Your business data stays yours. You give us the licence needed to store and process it in order to run the service for you, and nothing more. We do not use it to train AI models. You can export everything or delete the business at any time from Settings.

• Do not upload data you have no right to hold, and do not upload personal information you do not need.
• Do not attempt to reach another business's data, bypass the query sandbox, or probe the service beyond the vulnerability reporting process on our security page.
• Do not use the service to break the law or to make automated decisions about people without human review.

Answers, insights and tasks are generated by AI from the data in your workspace. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Verify before acting on anything material, especially where money, employment or safety is involved. AI generated content is labelled in the product. You remain responsible for decisions made from it.

We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service on current plans. Planned maintenance is announced in the product where it will be noticeable.

Paid plans are billed monthly per location. You can cancel any time; the plan runs to the end of the paid period. Export your data before you cancel.

To the extent the law allows, Opsight is provided as is, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
